Contract and cancellation

2-month contract; 5-day cancellation notice

Monthly memberships must be cancelled via the member portal at least 5 days prior to billing day. Cancellations take effect at close of business on the last day of the requested billing cycle and cannot be prorated mid-cycle. Standard monthly memberships are committed to 2 full months of dues before being eligible to cancel. Annual and prepaid memberships are non-refundable.

Recurring monthly billing begins one month after initial membership purchase and auto renews/bills automatically monthly. Billing day is the same day of the month as the initial membership purchase, with account changes due at least 5 days before billing day.

Membership includes unlimited climbing, yoga, and fitness at all Movement gyms, plus member benefits such as free clinics/classes, guest passes, gear/program discounts, and access to events. Standard membership rates start at $109/month at Callowhill. Current summer offer states 20% off the first 3 months and $0 initiation for new members only with a 3-month commitment, but base recurring rate is the regular monthly membership starting rate.
